Chinese Chopsuey

Ingredients

Beef or chicken Lean cut into long strips

Corn flour

Little pepper

Mix the corn flour with water. Add some salt & pepper to get a spicy flavour. Marinate for a while and then stir fry. Keep this aside.

Vegetables

Baby Corn

Carrot

Capsicum

Broccoli

Bamboo shoots

Spring Onions

Green beans

Boil the above vegetables only for a few minutes and remove and put into a frying pan with some oil and add soya sauce. Stir fry these and keep aside.

Take some Knorr soup. To it add some Vinegar + green chilies or add some tomato ketchup plus some soya sauce . Finally add the beef to the vegetable and mix well.
