
Ingredients
Diced Carrots
Chopped green Beans
Chopped cabbage
Half medium size onion
2 garlic flakes finely chopped
1 cup cooked pasta (optional)
2 packets Knorr vegetable thick cream soup packet
1 Mushroom tin
Take 3 litres of water in a vessel and let it boil well. Add the mushrooms and boil for 10 minutes. Add the onions, garlic, diced carrots, green beans and cook for few minutes. Add ½ teaspoon pepper powder. In a bowl take some lukewarm water and pour the packet soup contents and stir till well blended and add to the vegetables. Add the pre-cooked pasta (optional). Boil for some time and stir as well. Add salt and finally add the cabbage, continue boiling for a while till slightly cooked and serve.
