LENTIL & CREAM CORN PATTIES

BY SISTER LORAINE - 18TH JAN 2010 AT SALWA CHURCH

Lentil Patties

2 cups of lentil (moong, brown full masoor etc)

2 or 3 onions chopped finely

Parsley cut finely

2 eggs

Seasoning

White flour

Baking powder

Salt


With fork mash the lentil.


Combine, lentil, chopped onions, parsely, eggs, seasoning, baking powder, egs, salt and white flour as needed and mix it well and then deep fry


(The above recipes can be used for cream corn, potatoes, carrots etc)


It was delicious.
