MANDASI, CHAPATI & MARAWI

Lentil Patties
Ingredients

1 Kg self raising flour


½ cup sugar

1 cup milk or according to judgment

6 eggs

½ cup coconut milk

salt


Take the flour , add sugar and salt and then add all the wet ingredients together and knead it . Then roll it flat and then cut it in the center and cut in shape of diamonds and when done deep fry it . It is tasty and delicious. Enjoy it.


Chapaties

Ingredients

Wheat Flour

Water as required warm

Sugar, salt

Cinnamon powder 1 tblsp.


Knead the flour and roll into a big flat chappati and then cut in long strips of 1 ½ inch and then roll it round and then the tail put in the center and press it down. Then roll the chapatti and then fry the chappati and put oil and then fry one over the other and you will enjoy lovely chapattis.


Marawi

Brown Rajma Beans soak overnight


Oil

Onions,

Tomatoes,

Garlic

Salt


Take oil fry the onions, add garlic, tomatoes and fry for sometime and then add the already boiled Rajma beans
